Return and Refund Policy

Crafts4Fans products are made to order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate to the circumstances.

Other return requests
Because each item is made to order, other return or refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us before returning any item. Do not send an item back without written return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping
If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, when a return is required. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
