Processing time
Each shield is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the available shipping service. Delivery time begins after your order has been produced and shipped, and varies by destination and carrier.

Tracking
When tracking is provided by the selected carrier, we will send tracking details after the order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.

Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production or has shipped.

Shipping delays
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times. We will help investigate eligible delivery issues when you contact us with your order number.
